The response to hypnosis is highly individual and this makes it hard to predict how many sessions you might need.
In a way, it is like training for a new sport or learning an instrument. It has to happen at your own pace. Deep relaxation comes more easily to some and others need time to get to the “Aha!” moment.
Let’s start with at least 3 sessions and take it from there.
The initial consultation may last up to 60 mins, £40.
Thereafter sessions are approximately 50 mins, £60.

Payment
Payment is per session and is due at the end of each session by cheque or cash. I can arrange for payment by debit card – please ask about this.
